File Prep & Design

Yes – we’re happy to handle file setup, make adjustments, or build your artwork from scratch if needed.

300 dpi at actual size is ideal for most print jobs. For large-format prints (like posters or banners), 150–300 dpi is usually fine, since they’re viewed from a distance. For grand-format items like billboards or building wraps, even 72 dpi at full size can look great when seen from far away. If we spot any resolution concerns, we’ll let you know before printing.

We prefer print-ready PDFs with crops and bleeds, but we can work with most file types. If you’re unsure, send us what you’ve got and we’ll take a look.

Definitely. We can fine-tune your files, adjust for print specs, or build something from scratch if you need full design support.

We do. We’ll send you easy-to-follow specs – or we can add bleeds and crop marks for you if needed.

CMYK is best for print, especially for offset jobs. Digital presses can handle RGB, but colors may shift. To be safe, we recommend converting to CMYK. Or, we can do it for you and check for any major changes.

Absolutely. We review every file before printing and will flag anything that needs fixing.

We don’t maintain a full library of templates, but we’re happy to point you in the right direction or provide specs to help you get started. Just let us know what you’re working on.
